Rod System Glass Canopy FAQs

How do I measure the position of the fixing centers on the wall?

Here is a diagram showing you how to measure. On request the fixing centers can be varied. This will lead to a change in the hole positions in the glass. It is usually best to then template the glass panel to ensure that the holes are in the correct position. We can then produce a glass panel to reflect the template. You should ensure that there is at least a 5 degree slope in the glass to allow water to run off.  

What are the dimensions of the glass panel?

Here is a diagram showing the dimensions.The panel is 17.5mm toughened laminate glass. 

Can my Glass Canopy be supplied in other finishes?

Yes it is no problem to powder coat the Glass Canopy to any finish. Just let us know the RAL colour. 

What is the lead time on the Glass Canopy?

The lead time on the metal work is usually 1 to 2 days. It will be about a week if powder coated. Lead time on the glass is about 2 weeks.
