With an integrated, self triggering cover it is simple to mount and the fasteners are completely concealed. The glass is secured from either side of the profile.

How do I measure the width of my glass panel?

The glass panels are measured as per the attached two drawings.

The width of the panel is 1100mm. The length of the panel is the length of the profile LESS 10mm. There is small cut out in each top corner as the per the two drawings attached. 

How many fixings are required for each profile?

The number of fixings will vary depending on the length of the profile. For a 1.4m profile 6 are required, for a 1.6m profile 7 are required, for a 2m profile  9 are required and for a 2.4m profile 11 are required. See attached drawing. This is set out together with the position of the fixings in the attached drawing. 

Can my Airforce Glass Canopy be supplied in any width?

It is no problem to cut the profiles to any width. You simply need to let us know the width that you would the profiles to be. 

Can my Airforce Glass Canopy be supplied in any colour?

It is no problem at all to powder coat the profiles to any colour. We will need to know the RAL number. 

Is my Airforce Cantilever Glas Canopy tested?

Yes, our Airforce Canopy is system is fully tested in Germany. A copy of the test certificate can be found here. 

How easy is the Airforce Glass Canopy system to install?
