Shipping policy

We deliver your order directly to your shipping address. Most orders received before 2.00pm for items that are in stock, will be despatched the same day for next day delivery. This may vary for items that are delivered outside the UK mainland, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery cost is £8.50 for any parcel up to 2 metres in length and £65 for any parcel over 2 metres. There are certain parts of the country such as the Highlands of Scotland or Northern Ireland where additional carriage charges may apply. 

Your order will reflect one or the other automatically.

Bulky, complicated or long products may carry an additional delivery charge. Please enquire with our sales team about this.

Once the goods are despatched they are insured against any transport risks without any additional cost to you. Should the goods be damaged on delivery please sign the proof of delivery note as damaged. Please then contact our sales office immediately. We will arrange for the good to be collected and for replacement goods to be delivered to you. Notification of our sales office should be no more than 5 days from the date of delivery.
