Tube to Glass Stainless Steel Glass Hinge

Our 316 (external) Grade Stainless Steel tube to glass mounting hinge is great for creating glass gates and doorways within glass balustrade systems both internally and externally. Available to fit 42.4mm tube, it will accommodate glass panels from 6mm to 12.76mm thickness by adjusting the grip of the fastening bolt. The price show is as per 1 hinge.
The number of hinges required will depend on your application, but generally we recommend two hinges for a 1100mm tall hinged gate post. Gate panels should not be wider than 1000mm for the safety and longevity of your balustrade. Any wider and your posts may start to lean. M5 x 20mm hexagon head countersunk screws are required for installation onto stainless steel posts. Furthermore the glass will require 2 x 14mm diameter holes per hinge clamp to use this component, if you need help specifying your gate please contact our superb team who will be happy to help.
