Fixing to Concrete

Mungo MIT-SP chemical anchor resin is a high performance, 2-part resin suitable for use in a wide range of building materials. Mungo MIT-SP resin has European Technical Assessment to ETAG 029 and is approved for ‘Option 7 – non-cracked concrete’. This is low-odour styrene free resin, that is suitable for us in dry, wet, and water-filled holes. We stock both the 300ml tubes for use in standard silicone guns.
Applications for resin range from steel construction, wood construction and metal carpentry. We recommend you use a chemical resin anchor when fitting balustrade to materials such as stone, concrete, brick etc. The resin should be used in combination with a threaded bar, nut, and washer (or countersunk head for channel) to suit.
