Countersunk heads are made for a m10 threaded bar to secure your top class balustrade in place when doing a resin fixing / chemical anchor for a frameless channel system. The 6 lobe pin countersunk barrel nut is made of stainless steel to ensure they are long lasting and keep that secure fixing for the time you have your balustrade. The Countersunk barrel nut ensures maximum security when used in combination with resin and m10 threaded bar for an extremely secure fixing. We recommend you use this nut when installing our quality fit and flex fit system, the countersunk finish allows your fixing to sit flush in the bottom of the channel, making sure it doesn’t interfere with the clamp kit system.
These countersunk barrel nuts, are also known as Interscrews are internally threaded parts. Making it ideal for clamping two pieces of material together. Another great application for securing your balustrade.
Our T45 Tool can be purchased separately, the tool features a 6 pin head which fits perfectly into the barrel nut for a smooth installation process. We strongly recommend your purchase the tool in conjunction with this fixing. We also offer the M10 threaded bar in a stainless steel and zinc finish which can be found under our “channel fixings”.
