Flex Fit Pro 2.5m and 5m Base Drilled Channel

Our frameless glass balustrade channels are supplied to the nearest 2.5m or 5m length with an optional bespoke cutting service available. Our balustrade U-channels have matching clamp kits for various glass thicknesses and required fitting tools. The Flex Fit Pro 2.5m floor-mounted base rail is made from anodised aluminium, suited for both internal and external applications, and naturally protected against salt water and corrosive conditions. This frameless glass balustrade U-Channel is suitable for installations up to 1.5kN making it perfect for commercial applications.

Our Flex-Fit base fixed aluminium shoe is available to suit 12mm – 21.5mm glass. Sleek and modern, this system allows for adjustment of up to 34mm in relation to the vertical axis. To make things even easier you only require access from one side for installation using this channel system, no need for scaffolding!

The channel arrives with pre-drilled holes at 150mm centres, designed to suit M10 bolts/screws depending on your application. You can purchase fixings separately on our website to suit steel, concrete, stone or timber. In some applications you can save time by fixing at 400mm centres, please speak with our team to confirm if this is applicable for you!

At Origin Architectural, we believe in providing you with choice, which is why we can offer bespoke sizing and RAL/BS colours at a small surcharge, so contact us to discuss our bespoke range! Most colours are available with a matt finish, gloss is available in black and silver colours and textured finishes are also possible on selected colours.
