3M Side Drilled Channel

Our Easy Fit Side Fixed Channel System is designed to be fascia mounted onto a wall, making it perfect for both commercial and domestic applications. Made from anodized aluminum, this channel is suitable for both internal and external use and is naturally protected against salt water and corrosive conditions. It is also capable of supporting loads up to 1.5kN.

This channel is unique in that it is drilled on both walls of the U-shape, requiring side cladding for a finished look. It is available in 3m lengths, but we also offer a bespoke cutting service to meet your specific size requirements. It comes with pre-drilled holes at 150mm centres to suit M10 bolts or screws, depending on your application. Fixings can be purchased separately on our website to suit steel, concrete, stone, or timber.

Our Easy Fit Side Fixed Channel System features innovative screw-clamp technology that locks glass panels into position effortlessly, with four immobilizing fasteners per meter of channel. This system allows for perfect alignment of each panel during or even after installation.

In addition to our standard channel, we offer a range of RAL/BS colors at a small surcharge and can also provide a matte finish, gloss finish in black and silver colors, or textured finishes on selected colors.
