Frameless Glass Balustrade in Leeds

Origin Architectural recently supplied this stunning frameless glass balustrade in Leeds. Leeds is home to Elland Road Stadium, Leeds Rhinos and of course Origin Architectural so we were thrilled to be a part of this project.

If you are looking for a modern option for backyard fencing glass is the perfect option. Unlike brick or wooden fences glass does not obstruct your view, instead lets you enjoy the scenery you’ve been missing out on while creating a barrier from you to the ground.

This frameless balustrade system uses an aluminium channel which is base fixed to concrete. Along with 15mm laminated glass and a stainless-steel slotted handrail for additional support. This provides a simple yet stunning glass balustrade system – perfect if you’re wanting a minimal look.

The Frameless designs don’t have a supporting framework they are a sturdier solution as they need to support the weight of the panel above. By adding a handrail or stiffeners you can spread the support to secure the glass in place – this is the best option if you have small children and are using a glass balustrade as a barrier at height!
