Our wire rope posts are also available with end cap. A new pair of eyebolts are required every 5m or change of direction. For every pair of eyebolts a tensioner and terminal should be used. If the wire rope balustrade run is less than 5m and there is no change of direction, the mid posts without eye bolts should be used. Every wire rope post accommodates 10 rungs of wire.

This 42.4mm wire rope mid post has a brushed satin stainless steel finish. Posts are made up of 316 external grade stainless steel so can be used externally and internally. This pre-assembled handrail post is prefabricated with 10no pre-drilled holes and eyebolts either side already attached for ease of installation, a straight saddle to support 42.4mm handrail, base plate, and cover plate. This post is perfect for 3mm wire. Pair with our 3mm wire rope, tensioners, terminals to complete your wire rope balustrade 
The height of the post is 1100mm from the base plate to the top of the 42mm handrail, with holes every 92mm.
