Our frameless glass balustrade channels are supplied to the nearest 2.5m or 5m length with an optional bespoke cutting service available. Our balustrade U-channels have matching clamp kits for various glass thicknesses and required fitting tools. The Quality Fit 5m floor-mounted base rail is made from anodised aluminium, suited for both internal and external applications, and naturally protected against salt water and corrosive conditions. This frameless glass balustrade U-Channel is suitable for installations up to 0.74kN. 
Our Quality Fit base fixed aluminium shoe is available to suit 12mm, 15mm and 17.5mm glass. Easy to install, it’s ideal for first-time users and domestic applications. The channel arrives with pre-drilled holes at 250mm centres, designed to suit M10 bolts/screws depending on your application. You can purchase fixings separately on our website to suit steel, concrete, stone or timber.
At Origin Architectural, we believe in providing you with choice, which is why we can offer bespoke sizing and RAL/BS colours at a small surcharge, so contact us to discuss our bespoke range! Most colours are available with a matt finish, gloss is available in black and silver colours and textured finishes are also possible on selected colours.

Our Quality Fit Clamp Kit is compatible with glass thickness between 12mm and 17.5mm. Your clamp kit is tailored to your glass thickness selection. The clamp kits are used with the Quality Fit Frameless Channel to secure the glass in place. 
In each clamp kit you will receive enough ‘clamps’ for positioning every 250mm on the glass and a rubber seal/ gasket to sit on top of clamps. The rubber has grooves to match the channel for easy installation. This rubber sits on a slight angle to allow water to prevent water build up. The clamps have one fixed side and one side that can be tightened with an Alan Key. The clamps should be tight enough so there is little to no movement in the glass closest to the track. There is no adjustment for the glass with these clamps making them super easy to install!
The clamp kit is available to suit a 2.5m and 5m length of channel, please ensure you select the correct glass thickness and length required for your application. This clamp kit suits 17.5MM glass for 2.5M length

Our Quality Fit Clamp Kit is compatible with glass thickness between 12mm and 17.5mm. Your clamp kit is tailored to your glass thickness selection. The clamp kits are used with the Quality Fit Frameless Channel to secure the glass in place.
